Who is KIKI?
KIKI is a virtual assistant built by K-BLACK Studio so customers can get advice quickly – even outside business hours. KIKI has “learned” from the price list, service packages and the questions customers ask most often at the studio, so its answers go straight to what you need: how much, where to shoot, how to book.

Yes. KIKI on the website answers at any time. Anything that needs staff confirmation (shoot bookings, special requests) will be handled by the team during business hours, 8:30–17:30.
Does KIKI make up prices?
KIKI uses only the studio's official price list and information. For questions without accurate information, KIKI will pass you on to a staff member.
Do I need to install an app to talk by voice?
