Many studios give vague quotes or say “contact us for details” without explaining why. Here are the factors that genuinely affect the cost of a portrait session:<\/p>\n

1. Type of concept \u2014 studio or outdoor?<\/h3>\n

Studio shoots are usually cheaper because there are no travel costs and no dependence on the weather. Outdoor shoots add travel costs and often require early mornings or late afternoons (golden hour), which affects the photographer's schedule.<\/p>\n

That said, many outdoor locations in Thu Duc (Vinhomes, new urban areas) are close to the K-BLACK studio, so travel costs are lower than for District 1\u2013District 3.<\/p>\n

2. Number of finished photos<\/h3>\n

Shooting many photos \u2260 receiving many photos. In a 2-hour session, a photographer may shoot 300\u2013500 frames. But the number of photos that are curated + fully retouched<\/em> is the number you actually receive.<\/p>\n
